"Return was easy :)"
I had to return my slides because the size wasn’t quite right. Support got back to me after about a day, and the refund showed up a few days later. The waiting wasn’t ideal, but everything was handled smoothly overall!

"I got these a few weeks..."
I got these a few weeks ago, and I’ll admit they’re really soft on my feet. I mostly wear them around the house, and unlike my old slides, they don’t leave my feet feeling tired by the end of the day, which is nice. They’re a little squishy at first, almost enough to make me wonder if I’d like them, but they still have enough support. Took a day or two to get used to them, but now I end up grabbing them every morning. So, yes, I’m happy with them.

"Super comfy and not sweaty"
Picked up my Cloud Slides about two weeks ago and have basically been wearing them around the house nonstop.
Really like that they don’t make my feet feel hot or sticky. Usually can’t stand slides for that reason, but these feel a lot more airy somehow.
Soft and cushy too, but the breathability is what surprised me the most. Easy 5 stars from me

"Fast help when I needed it"

"Easy to use, but I felt a bit dismissed"

"Really light and easy to wear"
I picked these up mostly for wearing around the house, and they’ve been super comfy so far. They feel really light on my feet, almost like I forget I even have them on. They’re easy to slide into and don’t feel clunky at all. I mean, they’re not the fanciest looking slides or anything, but for everyday use, they do exactly what I wanted. Happy with them.

"Packaging was actually really good"
My Cloud Slides showed up packed way better than I thought they would. The box wasn’t all crushed or beat up, and the slides were wrapped nicely, no scuffs, dents, or weird marks when I opened them.
It’s a small thing, but I definitely notice packaging, especially with shoes! Everything looked clean, fresh, and actually new... which I appreciate. They arrived in great shape, so yeah, I’m happy with it.

"I was expecting the sizing to be off..."
I was expecting the sizing to be off because that seems to happen a lot, but these actually fit the way they were supposed to. I ordered my usual size and thankfully didn’t have to deal with an exchange. They’re comfortable too, and I didn’t notice any weird tight spots, which was a relief

"Nice quality, just stiff at first"
These feel really solid and not cheap at all. Like most things you buy new, they’re always a little stiff in the beginning, so it took a couple wears before they started feeling better. Overall I’m happy with them and would probably give them 4 stars

"Helped a bit, but my heels still hurt"
I bought these because my heels hurt when I walk around the house, and I was hoping the extra cushioning would help. They do feel soft when I first put them on, but after wearing them for a while, my feet still start hurting. The sizing also felt a little off, so they were kind of loose on me. They’re not terrible slides, but because they didn’t give me the comfort I expected, I don’t think they’re worth the price.

"Surprisingly Decent Arch Support"
I wasn’t expecting much, but these have been comfy. My feet don’t ache as much after being on them all day at work, which is a big deal for me. The arch support is actually decent and I noticed the difference quickly. Anyway, yeah.

"Comfortable, but I wish they lasted longer"
I really liked these at first because they felt comfortable right away, but the soles started wearing down faster than I expected. They’re still usable, so I don’t feel like it was a total waste, but I was hoping to get more wear out of them. If you’re using them every day, just know they may not hold up as long as you’d want.

"Easy to clean, and I see why everyone likes them"
I wear my Cloud Slides pretty much every day around the house, and I’ll even step outside in them, so they definitely pick up dirt fast. But cleaning them is so easy—just a quick rinse and wipe, and they look good again. They dry fast too, which makes me reach for them even more. I was wondering if they’d live up to the hype, but now I get why so many people seem to love them...

"Arrived sooner than expected"
I ordered from thecloudslides.com and the package showed up a bit faster than I thought it would. The shipping updates were decent, though the tracking could’ve been a little clearer. Still, it got here in just a few days, so I can’t really complain. Overall, solid delivery experience

"I got these because I figured they’d be..."
I got these because I figured they’d be decent for pool days, but they weren’t as water resistant as I was hoping. After wearing them around the pool a few times, they started feeling kind of odd and took way longer to dry than I expected. Not a huge disaster or anything, they’re still comfortable, and I’ve worn worse shoes just to take the trash out — but for the price, I thought they’d handle water better. Kind of disappointing if that’s the main reason you’re buying them
